executive decision time
as of late, i have decided to start counting calories for a little bit again. i just have control issues with my eating - it’s hard for me to stop once i get started. for a while right after i stop counting calories, i can eat consciously healthy, but after a week or two everything just goes downhill.
it has worked before, so i think this will help me get back on track with my eating habits.
