cleanse week, perhaps?
i have decided that this coming week (starting monday, tomorrow), that i am going to eat only lean protein (eggs, chicken, seafood, nonfat yogurt, etc), veggies, and fruit. no starches. just for one week. i know i have been eating way too many starches lately, and it has made me feel super bloated and uncomfortable, plus i’ve gained a few. and also, i RARELY eat enough veggies… or any veggies at all, unfortunately. so i’m going to make sure i try as many new vegetable dishes as possible to open my eyes to their benefits.
so. i’m going to DO this. anybody have any suggestions for ways to prepare veggies/veggies to try? i only ever eat cucumbers, carrots, and spinach really. it’s sad. i need to broaden my vegetable horizons. but i promise you, eating more fruit will NOT be a problem :)
PLEASE, help! i need suggestions for meals, etc!

zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted squash :) & anything tastes good in a stir fry!
