panserbean: Thanks for the follow :) I LOVE grilled veggies (bell peppers, carrots, garlic, onion, cherry tomatoes, parsnips, aubergines etc) chop them up length ways and rub them in oil (it saves them being too greasy- but them in a huge bowl with two tbsp olive oil, some pepper and soil and mix it all up with your hands) then spread them on a baking tray and slow cook until browned and soft. mmmmmmm sooo delicious with hummus or on salad :)
of course :) and ah i will totally do that! what temperature do you usually bake at and for how long? i tend to burn things.. haha. also, what are augerbines? i’ve never had parsnips and i’m not sure about cherry tomatoes just because i don’t like regular tomatoes! but i will definitely give them a shot! thank you for the lovely advice!
