zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted squash :) & anything tastes good in a stir fry!
thank you for opening my eyes to other vegetables! i just remembered i love broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts! hah, i am so forgetful - maybe that’s why i never eat veggies! and i’ve seen SO many different recipes for squash but i never know what to do with it!
