late dinner! SO SO SO delicious. low calorie & filling. i’m so excited about trying more vegetables.
i had seasoned tilapia over a bed of steamed spinach with asparagus, which was sautéed with minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
i have never really tried tilapia, and boy, it was AMAZING.
THE ASPARAGUS WAS DELICIOUS. the garlic and lemon added SO much flavor! i’m glad i found a veggie i like already!
