pensacolaa: I was wondering if doing 60s sprints and 90s breaks 8 times would help weight loss. I'd do it maybe everyday or every other day.

i definitely think this would aid in weight loss, because it is similar to HIIT - high intensity interval training. but, if it were me, i would definitely add on a little bit more cardio or at least some strength training. this workout wouldn’t last very long, so i would add maybe a 10-15 or 15-20 minute jog before or after (preferably before, so you’re already warmed up!).
remember that strength training is also vital to toning and weight loss! the more lean muscle mass you have, the more you will burn throughout the day without even thinking about it! :)
