wow, what has this world come to?
driving back from my run this morning, i was listening to kidd kraddick in the morning (a morning radio talk show), and the cast was discussing one of the female member’s body and how much she could bench press, etc etc. at first i was really excited because i was like “damn she’s pretty strong!” but then she started talking about how in college somebody called her “solid” (to me this signifies strong & fit), but she hated it and was saying “that’s not a compliment, malnourished is a compliment.”
wait, seriously? say what? do that many people really think that being being called “malnourished” is a compliment? i mean i know that some people think that it’s a desirable look.. but to emphasize it over national broadcast radio and to spread that message to all of their female listeners?
i’m so disappointed.
/endrant.
